Do I have to change to Cirrus?
No, you can continue to use your service as before. Cirrus will be integrating the two networks and there will be some changes to the way in which you connect. We are migrating Unisky customers to the Cirrus billing system and you will receive invoices from Cirrus.
Will I be able to keep my current Unisky plan?
You will have received a letter from Cirrus outlining your plan options. If you have any questions regarding this please call Cirrus Administration on 07 5428 1400.
Am I still on contract?
Yes. On the 25th July 2008, the business of Unisky was sold to Cirrus and, as part of that transaction, Unisky transferred all its rights and obligations under its customer contracts to Cirrus. This means that your contract for Internet services is now with Cirrus, and the terms and conditions under which Cirrus will provide you with Internet services are the same.
Are my Unisky details the same as my Cirrus details?
You will be able to access your Unisky account using your existing username and password. This will allow you to view information regarding your Unisky wireless broadband account. Unisky account access is available here. Cirrus will migrate your Unisky username to the Cirrus billing system; you will need to set up a new password. This will allow you to view information in your new Cirrus account. If there are conflicts with the Cirrus system (for example someone already has the same username in the Cirrus system) we will advise you of your new user name, or you can choose a new one. Access to your Cirrus account is available here. Cirrus will allocate you a new Customer ID number; this will be shown on your Cirrus invoice.
What do the Cirrus invoices look like?
View a Cirrus Invoice Example to see. This invoice is sent by email to your email address. If you wish to change your email address, please email admin@cirruscomms.com.au (please also include your full name, physical address and your previous
email you wish to update). This "Tax Invoice" is sent to you whenever
there is a transaction - whether we are charging you, you are paying
us, or we are applying a credit to your account. Your "Opening Balance"
will be the amount brought across from the Unisky billing system. You
can see your billing history by logging into your Unisky account as
before. You have also been provided a new login which allows you to see
your current Cirrus account.

Will I continue to pay my account in the same way?
From the 25th July 2008, any monies owed by you for goods or services provided by Unisky must now be paid to Cirrus. You will be able to pay for these either by credit card or BPAY. Your Cirrus invoice will contain details of our BPAY biller code and your reference number. Please contact Cirrus if you need any assistance in setting this up. Please note that you will be no longer able to pay by cash, cheque, or direct deposit.
Will my billing cycle (Anniversary Date) change?
No. Cirrus will migrate your account details, including your Anniversary Date, to our billing system. This means that your Cirrus invoice date will be the same as your Unisky recurring due date.
What credit cards does Cirrus accept?
Cirrus accepts Visa and Mastercard but does not accept Diners Club or AMEX cards.
Do I continue to pay the Credit Card transaction fee?
No. Cirrus does not charge credit card transaction fees.
Can I keep my existing Unisky email account?
Yes. The current Unisky email settings will remain in place.
How do I access my Unisky Webmail.
You can access your Unisky Webmail through the Unisky website as per usual, or you can click here.
Can I obtain a Cirrus email account?
Yes. Please call the Cirrus office to activate an email account.
Can I call Cirrus for Support? What numbers do I ring? What are the support hours?
Yes. Cirrus will be providing support to all Unisky customers.

Our support hours are 8am to 8pm on Weekdays and 9am to 5pm on
Saturdays. Outside of these hours you can leave us a message or send an
email to support@cirruscomms.com.au.
Can I continue to use my Unisky hosted webspace?
Yes.
